You have already read some of these Doctor to Doctor communications and they were placed in the appropriate spots according to subject matter. There are several, so I am dedicating a tab for them here. These were recovered in 2012 ,but authored in 2007. You or I were not supposed to see them…………….

Email between Dr. Broome and Dr. Brumley 4/03/07

In this email between doctors there are several statements that in my opinion show their intent.The first email is from Dr. Diane Louise Broome/Sands(genetics) to Dr. Richard Dee Brumley (hospice).The second is the reply.

Dr. Broome is telling Brumley that we may change our mind (to have that planned 3rd child) so the Amsterdam test is vital in finding our carrier status so there is no risk. Then later Dr, Broome destroys our medical records.

What is not here is Brumley has added 2 more deadly drugs and Evan just keeps getting horribly worse, now he IS dying, but from drugs. If Brumley actually did ANY clinical research, he would have known Phenobarbital has zero benefit, it was just another poison

She is discussing to Brumley “after Evan dies” and how we will feel (OUR FAMILY) about having another child. She is conveying her own opinion here, which is breaking an ethics rule, any one doctor’s opinion is worthless and should NEVER be discussed other than medical concerns for the simple reason, each doctor will have their own opinion……… She is planning his death three days after hospice started and no one knows that phenobarbital has no medical benefit? And can cause seizures with this condition? This is also the same time she and Dr. Monica Mehren have signed his Pre-Hospice assessment uncovered in 2012, not signed by the parents.

The second email is from Dr. Richard Dee Brumley (hospice) to Dr. Diane Louise Broome/Sands (genetics). He is discussing how the Phenobarbital is SUBTHERAPEUTIC, but he does not understand (?) that with an intractable seizure condition, he is just making Evan worse 100 fold. Gurbani (neurology)knows this, as all Neurologist do. Gurbani even stated,” you will only mask the seizures”. Brumley is increasing the dose (which made Evan much worse) but he is commenting on Dr. Broome’s conversation that they obviously had at one time that is not on record. Brumley states, “Even though YOU suggested daily dosing”, referring to Broome,

BUT in Broomes medical records SHE STATES : “a little bit out of her area” meaning the drugs.

Seems it goes both ways here, one way on record and the other, between doctors, because she also stated on record that Dr. Gurbani in neurology would be in charge of the drugs and dose. Broome, Brumley, and Gurbani are sharing this message; they ALL know what is happening here AND THIS REPLY also proves that they communicated about Evan completely off record. It was also assumed by all doctors that this email would only be seen by them.

Q; Where is the Metabolic specialist in this email ? A; She is now excluded from any further knowledge about Evan’s care so they can use hospice as treatment. 2 years pass before she finds out through an outside Specialist, Evan was destroyed by drug overdose.

In my opinion, they are all guilty of Malice, euthanizing Evan, a baby that needed real Medical doctors. This is just ANOTHER medical record pointing out the obvious, because if they had been successful in euthanization, no one would have ever seen these records or communications, we would have buried our son, their intended victim and no research & discovery.

Off Record Doctor to Doctor Communication 6/13/07

The reason I contacted our original Pediatrician was because We had felt that the drugs were doing harm and this is repeated in the hospice records several times. We had no idea what they were really doing, but the more they gave Evan drugs, the more he had seizures and he could not eat or drink. Brumley states to Mehren, “our visits seem to remind the family that their child is seriously ill, EVEN THOUGH HE IS GROWING AND LOOKS OK, other than the recurrent seizures”. Is this a contradiction? If it is not a contradiction ?. If Evan is dying, why does he grow and look OK ? They fixed that right away with larger doses of the dangerous drugs. Keep in mind, I never saw these words until 5 years later, these are between the doctors.

The next email is a “Family” doctor with no specialty, Dr. Mayo , while Dr. Brumley goes on vacation. I wonder how many communications I did not get my hands on……..

Communication between Dr.Brumley and Navarro RN.

Everyone on our hospice team is gone, I talk to this V. Navarro RN. I was inquiring about how fast the morphine actually works because it seems to make Evan a lot worse so I wanted to know the duration to be sure it is harming Evan. It seemed the more drugs, the more seizures, so we were getting very suspect and we were very tired. This doctor I have never met (Mayo) decides to give more of everything, then throws in Tylenol for fever. We now know (today) the morphine and the drug/drug interactions cause fever + lack of food, it is just a mess. Evan was going super hot to very cold and his breathing was sometimes stopping for 10 seconds. He turned blue then spotty bright red all in a minute. We wanted to know what they were doing! Today we now know all the effects and lifelong after effects these drugs caused. These symptoms were caused by the drugs and his addiction to them. Spots, rashes, fevers, vomit, not eating or drinking, lethargic, turning blue, the shakes, freezing, uncontrolled seizures, an addicted baby. This was an inhuman act and no one wanted to listen to us because we were medically ignorant. Strange how ALL these things vanished after WE removed all the drugs a month later.

Doctor to Doctor Communication 6/18/07

Translation of medical record

NURSE: “Father became angry with our visit in the use of medications and the importance of maintaining blood levels.” Yes I was angry, no one cared anymore about his blood level as to not destroy Evan’s liver and the hospice just wanted MORE drugs.

NURSE: “Parents state they feel like? And are worn out and Evan needs NEW medications”

We were right all along, but NO meds was the true answer.

NURSE: “Father feels/states he is poisoning Evan and becoming addicted to medications and that is why seizures are out of control, not like in the past”.

We were right again! And proved it! Too dam late though. He was addicted and they were poisoning Evan. In the past before the drugs, he had very few seizures, but Dr. Broome told them “he would get progressively worse” this was not true either, the drugs did create them.

NURSE: “Mother becomes quiet and sad when she hears this”.

What this nurse is trying to do is separate our thought process (mother & father) and paint the father as violent -yes I was violent and yes, I was right, but this is what we were dealing with. I would have given an arm to know more about this disease and the drugs, but at this time and all times with hospice, we were trying to keep him alive and I was trying to keep the family I already had, before this evil started. I can show you several hospice records just like this one – it would only make you angry and that is not what I am trying to do here, I am trying to show you that THIS is happening every day at Kaiser and with people like this nurse -Gretel Whisnant and her easily indoctrinated mind, they can take advantage of almost any frightened and medically ignorant parents.

Doctor to Doctor Communication 7/04/07

IF I think back at what Dr. Gubani said about seizures; “a seizure is a seizure, it has nothing to do with a seizure” meaning having trouble breathing. It was the drugs! He also said, “you will only MASKED the seizures.” Then why the drugs ! he is not conscious during a seizure and when he awakes he is exhausted. It was the drugs, and to say as the hospice doctor stated in records “morphine is for shortness of breath” among 6 other reasons they were using morphine, we all know morphine CAN stop the respiratory system in its tracks, but it also causes seizures in seizure disorders!

This day when I hung up the phone and ran to my wife and Evan, he was on his way to an overdose. The drugs were accumulating and he could not process them through his tiny body anymore, even at 1/2 dose. He was in fact dying, not from D2HGA, but from the drugs. Now imagine a day like this over and over and over all because they wanted it to happen.

Also on May 12 2008 Monday, Joanna Novac, the Kaiser social worker called me and wanted a visit, I said no, (this is in the records) She spoke about how frustrated Brumley is about the lack of communication from the specialists Broome and Gurbani (They were not returning his calls or emails). One of the nurses spoke of this also. She knows he is frustrated as he spoke to her about it. This shows how and what went on, Evan was alive and Broome did not approve, so they choose not to communicate to hospice.

Now if a specialist like Broome says that to a hospice doctor, what does that mean? It certainly is not a medical term. She is very frustrated too and from a comment like that; she must be quite twisted and after hearing this comment and at this time, I knew she was trying to kill my son and so did Brumley and everyone else that was involved, but you must understand , these people (Broome, Brumley , Novac, nurse Whisnant ,Gurbani & Mehren) are more concerned about their job than a little boy and his family, that together, have destroyed and brutally tortured. They have long ago lost that “human touch” that doctor’s, professionally get paid not to lose, but this is kaiser and these are people working together no matter what is happening to our child. This is also the beginning (at the Corporate level) that Broome & Brumley sealed their fate with Kaiser, because Evan was going to live.

Here is the reason there were no more concern for Evan’s liver and the reason no more tests were a priority, he was a drug addict and a blood test would only confirm this infants illegal drug consumption.

I recently did some research on hospice Dr Brumley (hospice doctor)who has now began his second job after his almost 3 decades running Kaiser’s “Tri-Cities” hospice program.

While studying drug clinical trials on PubMed; PubMed comprises more than 23 million citations for biomedical literature from MEDLINE, life science journals, and online books. PubMed is open to all that want to do home or clinical study, it is a Government site. I browsed “Richard Dee Brumley” just for the hell of it, I found under 10 Abstract subjects he was a part of. What caught my notice was one titled “Homemade Rectal Morphine Sulfate Suppositories”

That is what he did to Evan and I have also proven (with expert published admonitions that this is very dangerous and could easily lead to overdose or death) giving morphine rectally to an infant.

But Dr Brumley’s Published abstract had no details, they seem to be deleted, although his other subject’s have not been deleted, what gives?. This subject title sounds crazy on it’s own merit, “HOMEMADE?”

This was published in 1988 by Brumley and my take here is, he tried to delete the entire subject altogether, but this site will allow the author to update, but NOT to eliminate the subject line. What was in this report? and why is it gone?

Here is a “typical” abstract on PubMed, You have Objectives, Study Design, Methods, Results & Conclusions, But above you have an empty field – I wonder why the first one is missing info?.

BECAUSE HE TRIED TO DELETE THE ENTIRE SUBJECT ALTOGETHER !

Why was this done? Because he overdosed Evan with this exact method and I proved it deadly with 4 Professors/Authors on this exact procedure, and you thought my description of using the word “Monster” was out-of line ?. This is a monster trying to cover his tracks. If you are reading this, you know, but not even HIS family knows he did this.

How many details will I come up with in this never ending story ?

Today’s date is March 2014, I suppose these details will stop when I stop looking

He should have left this alone, we have proof he did this on record, just not the duration he was doing it.

Was Evan the only INFANT in his hospice in the 3 decades he was working for Kaiser? I don’t think so……..
