Proof of Stupidity and Incompetence

The 16th month of hospice and 6 months after Morphine overdose and all drugs have been removed for almost 1/2 a year………..

Here they talk about morphine, but this replacement RN is writing as if it had happened on 1/24/08!

Evan was taking nothing for 6 months. Evan has never taken any meds to date, 2013.

Evan was not at an ER anywhere, he was at the local Kaiser clinic for fever and cough.(the next record) We now know that most of his illnesses were from his rotting teeth, even before they appeared through the gums which explains the several courses of antibiotics and the constant recurring infections that Kaiser ignored. This nurse states that Evan had a dose of morphine! but by this time we never used ANY drugs and we had seen and talked to several Professors and they all said “WHY THE MORPHINE?” and we knew that morphine causes seizures with seizure disorders. WHAT is this ?…

This “Non-Visit” report by this nurse is obviously out of touch (or touched) and is more interested in saying how angry the father is, EX; “sounds very tense” “father remains angry” “he does not want to elaborate” “I don’t trust anybody”. They seem to all be “knowing” about this case in the hospice office and this nurse Elena seems to be putting in “her” 2 cents about the father. She even writes that “father does not want baby in hospital”. This last statement was true and I did speak to Evan’s pediatrician about this and she also agreed, she said “No he probably would not survive a hospital stay”. She knew what was going on with Evan, but she could not go further with this statement.

In this hospice record She is explaining that “the patient looked worse”, but this was a telephone call! I think she and everyone involved at hospice is trying to demonize the father any way possible (just like Gretal the hospice nurse), then she states at the end of this record “Was grateful for supportive call” which is in many of these documents at the end-I think I said “thank you, goodbye” just like anyone would, then I would hang up the phone. Sounds funny that the father is all these things, then is so GRATEFUL at the end of the call. This is the “cake and eat it too” mind-set. They would rather demonize the father, than admit their mistakes. They would rather continue to protect themselves, than care for an infant.

This record was an all out lie, and it was manufactured by this nurse in her tiny head and below is the actual medical record of where and what transpired. For me, this is no surprise, for you the reader it must look like a fiction story. You can see that 3/4 of this above record is directed at the father’s disposition.

This IS a perfect example of how Kaiser cares for their patients. She never saw Evan, Never met the father, He was not in any ER, there were no drugs, He looked worse/over the phone? and Evan’s pediatrician made the call NOT to allow him into the kaiser hospital because she knew what would happen, she KNEW what they were trying to do to Evan, she was afraid to speak up, but she was concerned about his life. She was the only doctor that wrote down on record about his rotting teeth (in medical records)

To show you where Evan was on this date, I have supplied the medical records for this day in question.

A clinic

As always, Evan recovered quickly with anti-biotics because it was his teeth. He would get sick again very soon as the bacteria builds up again. We forced an appointment with CHOC-Children’s Hospital of Orange County, they have a very talented staff of specialists and quickly knew why he was so sick so often-(in the Dental tab) The doctors there rushed Evan as fast as they could to his first oral surgery to remove all of his teeth and clean out his gums.
