Dr. Mitchell was found by Dr. Richard Dee Brumley walking past in the halls of Kaiser. Brumley then handed Mitchell The Pre Hospice Assessment for the Second signature. This would send-off Evan to Kaiser’s hospice without knowledge, without the proper “Medicare” guidelines(That Brumley was supposed to follow and did not), or w/o at least one person who knows what they are doing – meaning >a specialist (not GP who likes “kids”) A specialist would write a narrative “Why” the patient is dying. Instead this paper just stated Evan would die written by an intake nurse. Below you can read just some of his testimony………Yes, he is practicing medicine. I will say it again: I cannot publish this stuff IF it were not real.
Now after reading his testimony, then his “About Me”, he states how this is a TEAM effort (Again w Kaiser TEAM Bullshit) He states “Care including Multiple disciplines””Personal, compassionate service” But Both Dr. Brumley and this Dr. Mitchell just basically sign an infants Death Certificate without ANY input from anyone-two GP’s with only knowledge of HOW to kill a patient with drugs – I can do that, You can do that, and many do it on their own. Neither one had called anyone according to their court testimony. How is this medicine at any level?
Please read this, You would think it’s a comedy script if it wasn’t so greatly sad. Dr. Richard Dee Brumley used Mitchell as to Replace the Required specialist that should’ve signed this extremely important document and given that will send an Infant off to death. This is Kaiser. You see Kaiser doctors don’t have to answer to each other, nor do they question each other, they are all protected by Kaiser legal and state officials, but once finally confronted with lawyers it is quite apparent they are incredibly incompetent. Many depositions and testimonies were the same, they only remember what their Kaiser lawyer has told them to remember. What if this was your child?
On the LAST page of these legal documents – is the “Pre-Hospice report”. Mitchell & Brumley have signed it, both GP’s (at best), not specialists, sending Evan off to die (as seen in the CRIME page). Mitchell is signing the “REFERRING DOCTOR” line. If he is not a specialist, or didn’t even know why-who-what he was signing-onto according to his testimony on this page, how could he be a referring doctor? He is not, he is just a signature w unknown origin, if not for a trial that is, but he can check school boys for hernias in his spare time – for free.
This now being an illegally created document in ALL aspects, these two hacks are breaking the law – at best HIPAA felonies and attempted murder, they know zero of a metabolic conditions. On top of all this, Evan did not meet any of the requirements to be placed in hospice according to their own document, but this is what Kaiser does when threatened to pay for unusual/special care they know nothing about, or even try-they lie and kill, then make more money. Dr. Richard Brumley stated under oath, he follows Medicare Regulations in his hospice programs, if so, there is no brief on Why the patient is dying, nor could Mitchell even write one, he has no qualifications/knowledge to do so.
