The Overdose
The MORPHINE OVERDOSE was the end of Evan and his last chance to be somewhat functional after all the drug induced seizures they sustained.
The 3 drugs Evan was given was an experiment at best, the hospice doctor Brumley had no idea what he was doing, especially with an infant as we learned later since he deals with geriatric patients. He just threw drugs at Evan because he had the “go ahead”(from Broome & Mehren) and Evan would be dead any day now. The day came, he just quit breathing and no matter what his mother did,(CPR) he would not breathe. The paramedics quickly “bagged” him (breathing bag), but could not get a pulse or to breathe on his own as did the doctor at the ER , but they continued after they administered a morphine reversal drug and after approx. 15 minutes, got Evan breathing on his own.
As with any lengthy Hypoxic event, the most vulnerable parts of the brain are affected first, one is the vision center and the motor skills and this shows up in MRI findings. The Paramedic record below shows that at least 13 minutes pass in a Cyanotic state, we estimated a total of 16 minutes from actual time of respiratory arrest.
Evan’s mother has been CPR certified once every 2 years for 14 years
According to the MAYO Clinic, brain damage occurs after 4 minutes, sooner in an infant and it is not just the brain that suffers damage, the Liver, the Heart and several other organs can be damaged.
This event would have left anyone extremely disabled. I was not there (Evan’s Father) when I arrived most of the tears were dried up and everyone looked pretty sick, tired and sad. Beat up and tortured would be the best way to describe it. We all knew we had lost the remainder our son in just minutes. The ER doctor questioned me up & down about his care and hospice, he was trying to put the puzzle together because he was the FIRST doctor to ask me, “what was the MORPHINE for” and he wondered about all the 3 drugs together.
Later in 2012, in Kaiser’s hidden hospice records, they wrote; “Evan went home and returned to his normal self”- like nothing happened, his normal drug addicted, Unconscious infant self.
I had no answer for the ER doctor, I had no idea. I was in a daze knowing Evan was gone at this point & we were going to say goodbye within minutes or hours. This is very hard to describe, so I won’t attempt to.
The ER doctor had other things on his mind, especially since he got no answers from the father. I waited hours before I said to the doctor, “I want to take Evan home to die with his family”. He wanted to keep Evan at the hospital, but dying there was not in my family’s best interest and I could not let MY son die in a hospital, not after these few horrible months.
Kaiser already made arrangements to take Evan from this ER to one of their hospitals or they would not pay the “outside” hospital for further time and treatments. They in fact were forcing this critical baby out.
The hospice Doctor Brumley told the ER doctor ,”let them go home” (in the ER summary)
Quote Dr Brumley; “there is nothing further to do at the hospital”
He knew it was over for Evan
We did call hospice, but this was one of those times where they just would not come-out to see us. The ER doctor called the police on Evan’s father, one of the two trips the police made to look into child abuse/attempted murder because the ER doctor was CORRECT, you don’t give a baby morphine with a metabolic seizure disorder! There is no PAIN! And morphine causes seizures, especially with the two other drugs! So why did OUR hospice doctor let the ER doctor call the police ? The ER doctor obviously thought something was seriously wrong—with hospice. He did this on his own accord. At least someone took the overdose seriously, Kaiser never addressed it or checked his damage even after I asked them to, except in a quote from the hospice records, ” Evan returned to his normal routine”. If they did check for damage (MRI), they would have to answer why he was on Morphine< Phenobarbital, and Ativan.
Above is the Paramedic Report: Not breathing, no pulse, no blood pressure – it’s 13 minutes from the alarm to the hospital, In the ER below Evan is still Cyanotic (completely Blue) and having Agonal Breaths (we breathe 2/3 times per minute after we are considered dead) My expert, Dr. Richard Ruffallo (the Michael Jackson case) stated “Evan’s mother “found Evan Cyanotic” ” Cyanosis starts minutes before you notice” then he was the same in the ER. Dr. Ruffallo came up with a total of 26 minutes before the ER could get Evan breathing again, and the ER stated it was a miracle. The Paramedic’s stated it was “far too long”, Jay Cordell Horton the Neutral stated, “The overdose did not affect Evan’s condition today” yet till today, every doctor not involved with this case thinks the judge -Horton was a victim of Cyanosis, but he is not, he is a traitorous collaborator with Kaiser to hear more of their cases.
Below is the ER report:
Even is still Cyanotic in the ER for several minutes while being evaluated, a huge dose of Narcan was given as a last resort – we are up to 20 minutes and Evan is Agonal. All of his extremities are Blue. Evan is well past neurological damage. Even the Monster Dr. Brumley of Kaiser hospice states “there is nothing further to do in the hospital” , but the ER doc Tubbs is concerned as all fine doctors would be, I was about to have 8 police at my home that night in blackened cars and surrounding my home, for what I did not know, it was Kaiser that was doing this, not us. We were horribly waiting for Evan to die because NO doctor would lie about something like this – my biggest mistake in my life. Now I spend all my free time showing this to You.
Father: I had to learn all of this after Kaiser destroyed Evan. Children’s Services saved me (Evan’s father) twice with the police; Kaiser even convinced them Evan was dying. I had a dying baby, I had the police wanting to beat me to a pulp and I had no idea why. We already had our share of present trauma & now this, even when I was “let go” by the police, I had no idea why they came.
It is very hard to describe how you feel in this type of life changing event. You feel hope, then helpless in any single minute then repeat it again and again. To watch your wife lose her baby or my daughter at 5 years old trying to understand why mommy and daddy are the way they are. Then to see grandma and friends cry without control, then a hospice nurse saying “you have to let your daughter confront this”… What do they know? and how dare they?. How do I confront kaiser killing my son and I have this group of monsters telling me how to handle my daughter? Kaiser had no idea because they wanted Evan gone. Kaiser kept saying “Disease Progression” yet through all of this testimony they knew absolutely nothing about Evan’s condition, but killing is easy, and inexpensive.
I cannot describe these months of loss, and the years of discovery were almost as hurtful as the main event. A week seemed like a year and a year seemed like a decade. Evan’s will to live is so strong and if I could tell him that I would, but he doesn’t know who I am or understand what I say. They say we are supposed to forgive, but tell me how, I cannot. They tried to kill my son to save money, a real live baby and lied to us doing so. They entered our private lives with trust and gave us lies and barbaric care, they made us “give up” our child so they could enrich themselves and their continuing effort to save money.
This “BET” Kaiser was making was not on Evan’s assumed outcome, it was on Evan’s assumed cost that may be incurred by Kaiser. If you have read each tab so far, they wrote this, not me.
If this overdose event happened when hospice was present, Evan would be dead.
This is about molesters, people with Medical knowledge they have exclusively and use that knowledge to kill an infant and severely hurt a family for an unknown potential savings.

I would like to stop here for a moment and reflect on this event and what I just wrote since this was the day Evan was gone, mentally forever. This last 10 years as I constantly did research every day as to find all the answers I could, I am not a doctor, but I did understand that IF you put your mind to one subject at a time, You will get answers. I did this and I became more knowledgeable than the doctors that did this to Evan, I know I am. Not more than my experts, but far greater than Kaiser’s doctors or the “pre-paid” California Medical Board experts, as is Kaiser’s experts at trial. They were either out of country, state, or deriving their income (up to 40% they claim) through Kaiser hearings only. Hired guns.
What you must understand is, this is NOT the first time Kaiser has done this, this is the first time a child survived. Most parents are just walking around knowing their child died from a Terminal illness, some may know the truth, but won’t face the fact that they let Kaiser do the damage to their life and they can’t bring back the past and I am glad I am not one of these people.
What this boils down to is, these people are playing games with life and it is just to strengthen their financial gain and they KNOW what they are doing. They ARE good at this. Kaiser knows once the child is dead there is only a $250K liability due to MICRA, and they know that most lawyers won’t touch it if it means that “little” of a recovery. It costs plenty to bring a Professor in for a review, and the cost in court for a specialist can be over $10k for just a day in airfare, room and the Professors expert knowledge & time. A lawyer still has to feed his kids, pay a trained staff and pick winners. Just look around when picking your lawyer, there are some very talented lawyers out there and you want the best.
The Kaiser Pre Hospice Assessment stated “the disease will follow it’s natural course”. What were the drugs for? If they were treating seizures, and they cannot, what were they doing? IF they were using the drugs for “seizure therapy” , they invented a New treatment ?. As you can see, it never worked. “To Do No Harm” was left in the dust. We stopped Evan’s seizure by removing Kaiser’s drugs and he was off all drugs for the next decade.
I would NOT stop sticking my nose in their Stealth Euthanasia. They knew I knew, and IF I was unstable enough, I would have done something egregious in return. I did make them sweat a bit and I will in the future. Every time I went to the Medical Board, Kaiser was listening in and I had some new great dirt to introduce to the public – even most public officials that I went to for help were never on my side and turned my information over to Kaiser. Kaiser shells-out millions in contributions. The mentality of public service employees are just about all the same, with a few Chiefs at the top who control their Indians. I played dumb because I knew their mentality – they do think everyone is ignorant and that is my strength, so lying in wait was my best move to expose as much as I could. What stopped me here while writing was, I reflect on how horrible these days were and it hurts, not just because of what they have done, but that they can do it again and again and how many people involved are bought. It is a great play on parents emotions and parents have no one else to trust. It is simple. This is a baby, not an unwanted puppy, which is also wrong. It made me stop and reflect how evil some people can really be, they just are, and many that you think are in a position to help you, won’t.
They are not gunning down kindergartners with a rifle….. it is just as horrible, but they do it with stealth medical knowledge, the laws and their “exclusive” knowledge over a parents desperate & anxious pain for their child. This is “their” own exclusive club, a club of unethical doctors & lawmakers and now they have me, an angry parent with my exclusive knowledge of “their” crimes who needs to share it with you.
If you have read this far and understand it, this is a crime against all of us, our future and why we pay our taxes and work so hard, but please continue and understand, this goes much deeper into our lives with many more authorities protecting a system that they approve, not us.

“Although Morphine is usually administered intravenously to neonates, other routes have been used. A large variability in the analgesic effect of Morphine has been observed after rectal administration; this is a major disadvantage of this route.
Although this route is used, delayed absorption with multiple doses causing respiratory arrest has been reported”.

Kaiser gave Morphine rectally to Evan, with an infant it can just sit there doing nothing, then you give another dose and it pushes the prior dose in with the old dose-you have an overdose
In my communication with one of these Professors, the rectal route Kaiser was using is erratic & unpredictable absorption, although the Ativan does get absorbed, the Morphine May not. What can happen is the next one or two doses, the infant can receive a double or triple dose which causes an overdose. Kaiser had no reversal drugs or resuscitative equipment at our location, nor were we warned, that was their plan. It would have been nice to know that our son would not die from their so-called Terminal illness they manufactured, but for their drugs. The other (of many questions) that would fall into play is, Evan was addicted, if this drug was “sometimes” being absorbed, then withdrawal symptoms that did occur, now have an explanation. Being mostly lethargic due to their drugs, you can see that with no bodily activity or bowel activity (or movements) this is a viable cause.
In the Medical Board Tab, You will read about this incident, the Medical Board, (also considered “Kaiser” here in California), went as far as to blame Evan’s mother for this overdose, which shows us again, so-called “authorities” that have no business in public safety.
Agonal Resperations:
Agonal respiration, gasping respiration or agonal breathing is a distinct abnormal pattern of breathing and brainstem reflex characterized by gasping, labored breathing, accompanied by strange vocalizations and myclonus. Agonal breathing is an extremely serious medical sign requiring immediate medical attention, as the condition generally progresses to complete apnea and heralds death. The duration of agonal respiration can be as brief as two breaths or last up to several hours.
The term is sometimes (inaccurately) used to refer to labored, gasping breathing patterns accompanying organ failure. Correct usage would restrict the term to the last breaths before death.
Agonal respirations are also commonly seen in cases of cariogenic shock or cardiac arrest where agonal respirations may persist for several minutes after cessation of heartbeat. The presence of agonal respirations in these cases indicates a more favorable prognosis than in cases of cardiac arrest without agonal respirations. In an unresponsive, pulseless patient in cardiac arrest, agonal gasps are not effective breaths. Agonal respiration occurs in 40% of cardiac arrests experienced outside a hospital environment.

As of August 2013, we had an MRI done on Evan to look for this overdose damage.
We found exactly what we expected, an “old Hypoxic ischemic injury” that affected 7 regions of his brain.
As of now, I cannot show this report due to legal reasons, but it has been proven and leaves Evan with several other lifelong problems and further serious deterioration. What is this ??………………………….

“Regardless of the specific cause of injury, the common underlying physiologic processes that result in HII are diminished cerebral blood flow (ischemia) and reduced blood oxygenation (hypoxemia). In general, infants and children are more likely to suffer asphyxial events, which result in hypoxemia and brain hypoxia. With prolonged hypoxemia, cardiac hypoxia occurs, leading to diminished cardiac output and, ultimately, to brain ischemia. Thus, brain injury resulting from asphyxia is the consequence of ischemia superimposed on hypoxia. In fact, acute hypoxemia without superimposed ischemia is less likely to cause injury, unless the hypoxic state is prolonged”.
With this, we have absolute proof and with the Morphine overdose, and knowing Morphine is absolutely incorrect medication, here is the intentional euthanization of an infant.
Even “if” we exclude “intent”, we would have a group of doctors knowingly administering 3 incredibly strong barbiturates to an infant who cannot benefit from this regimen they prescribed, AND as you read in “Hospice” records, two parents consistently questioning their use and benefits.
This also brings in several authorities that have been shown this evidence and did nothing, as to protect a very large HMO while discarding the very people they have been hired to protect, and the science that goes along with these patients.
Why did they refuse an MRI after the overdose? Why did they make a metabolic dietary appointment and cancel at the last minute? Why did they not check his blood while on their 3 barbiturates? Why were our records wiped clean?
this was all done to hide the care they administered and to save money
