Dr. Broome – Genetic Consultation 07/06/07

This record was a NON-VISIT, this was done out of Dr Broomes “need to express”.

The correct specialist does not know Evan is in hospice, Broome must act as spokesman.

If you read the “doctor to doctor communications” OFF RECORD, Dr Broome speaks of the need to “give one large dose” of drugs to Evan to the hospice doctor Brumley, but here she states – off record “that is a little bit out of my area”

She is referring to the drugs and their use, yet off record, she is giving hospice doctor Brumley advice on the dose, what does that mean to you ?

Also in the previous record she states “6 month recheck” “milder form” “doing better than expected”, but now the drugs are on full and she is slowly changing her mind here and contradicting herself in 3 paragraphs.

There must have been some dialog between her and her “higher-ups” that decided Evan may become an expensive patient.

As you will see, without seeing Evan, she plans his death in hospice in the following records.

First he has “seizures” then he is “ok”, but the drugs they are causing seizures!

Of course the first dose of Morphine knocks you out, but after the first few doses, barbiturates x 3 unleash, and the seizures go to work to destroy Evan’s mind.

At the bottom of this record, The neurologist Gurbani and hospice Brumley are seeing this.

Dr Mardach, the Metabolic specialist is not, she won’t see any of these records or stealth communications.

She is dropping the responsibility off on two other doctors, she is frustrated, Evan is alive.

This last paragraph in which she is now stating a “very slow process”, Well Evan has already had a normal CT scan & a normal MRI for his age, in hospice they do no testing yet the seizures are out of control.

This also means there was no “effect/damage” during pregnancy because an MRI will NOT show damage right away as most of us think, It takes time for the brain to “show” damage after damage occurred and Evan’s MRI was done 2 months after birth and this IS ample time for brain damage to show up in MR imaging.

Most very severe cases would have started in vitro as demonstrated in clinical studies.

If this is a slow process, and she has no science to back up this statement, but the drugs are definitely “out of control” and causing these symptoms, why are they continuing what they are doing ?

The only change in Evan was their drugs and we have proven these to be incorrect.

Here is the danger, How many rare diseases were handled in this manner by her and Kaiser?

And if this IS how they handle these type of cases and each patient dies in their hospice programs, then each and every Next infant or child will be shown an example of the last case. This will give Kaiser an excuse to do nothing or just euthanize the child, because they have seen it before and the patient did die.

What I am saying is, if Dr Broome was successful in killing Evan and she was presented with the same disease again, the infant would not have a chance only because of a diagnosis.

Remember, this an HMO =A corporation financed by insurance premiums whose member physicians and professional staff provide curative and preventive medicine within certain financial, geographic, and professional limits to enrolled volunteer members and their families.

the word limits has become Quotas, and Kaiser doctors receive money to meet a quota.

This alone should not exist in health care and through the years this has been abused because of “some” doctors
