TRANSLATION:
T/c = telephone call. Spoke to father , offered visit ,he declined ,sounded very tense. States “things are going through my head – I know are not healthy-
I don’t want to talk about it” He also believes nothing will get better until “Evan has a voice”. Admits he is angry frustrated with lawyer (this lawyer sold me out to Kaiser ;Kaiser knew it was a big can of worms). He thinks action not talking is what I need know. J Novac stated (social worker) her concern on each family member re: Fathers level of stress=impact has on each family member.

Joanna Novac, the Kaiser social worker called me and wanted a visit , I said no, We talked about how frustrated Dr. Brumley is about the lack of communication from the specialists Broome and Gurbani . (they were not returning his calls or emails) She knows Brumley is frustrated as he spoke to her about it.
This shows how and what went on, Evan was alive and Broome did not approve , so they choose not to communicate to hospice.
These records were “uncovered” in 2012. The conversation lasted for 30 minutes, surely you can get “more” out of a 30 minute conversation than what was written, but this is how they operate. They write down what they feel affects them, NOT WHAT THEY ARE DOING or SAYING THAT AFFECTS THE FAMILY!
Brumley was THE CONVERSATION and how nobody is communicating with him, yes I was very upset because everyone knew including Broome and Gurbani that I now knew, but I have not put it all together. This telephone record, by not writing what was the main subject of our conversation, they are setting me up for judgment for what THEY were doing to us. They were creating our stress, but not disclosing those reasons. She is making “lawyers” the subject of my anger; it was a subject, but not my anger source. She defers to, “Now he is affecting his family members with his stress”- it’s all a smoke screen and her way to justify that SHE shares no part in this euthanization and we talked about this subject very deeply ,but it was not mentioned anywhere.
She was holding a gun to Evan’s head when he was 3 months old, but sent others to pull the trigger. She is very frustrated too she must be quite twisted, I knew she was trying to kill my son and so did Brumley and everyone else that was involved knew it, but you must understand , these people (Broome, Brumley , Novac, nurse Whisnant ,Gurbani & Mehren ) are more concerned about their job than a little boy and his family that together have destroyed and brutally tortured.
I know it was intentional, but is it just done as normal everyday Kaiser killing ? That went wrong? Or is it scripted and planned in some sick exciting plan for one or more doctors to get their “God thrill”, why wouldn’t it be? It is an illegal and sick act so someone must be twisted enough to pull it off, so when the two “specialists” would not communicate this was a clue. I was not supposed to hear “that case is closed” , but Brumley took this opportunity and told me to get himself off the hook ,he already hooked himself by ordering the Morphine. My feeling about Gurbani (neuro) is , he is a coward and obviously a hack , he would drop his pants for Broome. I don’t know Mehren, but she followed this case from start to finish (her name is all over these “doctor to doctor notes to the very last day) so my best guess , she falls right into this euthanization loop.
Dr. Mardach , the Metabolic specialist is nowhere in these communications after the one initial appointment when Evan was 2 months old and that is because her knowledge is the last input Dr. Broome would want.
You have all these doctors following these emails together and none of them know “medicine 101” about drugs and disorders? The ER doctor (non-Kaiser) immediately flew a red flag the first hour after he revived Evan. Every doctor that uses Morphine knows ALL the risks, Kaiser just ignored those risks for their bottom line. This was attempted murder and gross malpractice, it was known by all the staff either in the beginning depending who you were , or in the middle , they are all guilty of attempted murder and gross malpractice for not speaking up for a patient without a voice, Broome, Brumley, Novac, nurse Whisnant, Gurbani & Mehren. If these people did not know, then they are too stupid to be in the medical industry.
